Shipping Information

All in stock items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders will be shipped UPS Ground and packaged according to UPS standards. Shipping rates were designed to be as reasonable as possible based on your order and the destination zone. Our website offers real-time rates and services at the point of sale. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. 

We are not a wholesale distributor  and  we do not currently ship outside of the United States. All customers who wish to  have their orders shipped within the U.S. are responsible for any shipping charges based on their purchases.

Purchases of quantities of over 100 candles will be considered FINAL SALES and we WILL NOT accept returns or exchanges.  We recommend a small order to start so that you can determine if you would like to place a larger order.   We do not  currently offer to ship free samples.

Any orders that will exceed 50 candles must be submitted via e-mail to info@scentedcandlepillar.com before they are processed.  Please do not go through the regular checkout process until we have responded to your inquiry and have confirmed that we have those quantities in stock for the respective items.
